How To Cancel The ESPN App

Cancel A Subscription Billed Directly By ESPN

Go to espn.com in a browser (computer or phone) and sign in.
Click your profile icon, then choose Account.
Open Subscriptions and select Manage Subscription.
Under Plans and Billing, click Subscription, pick the plan you want to end, and hit Cancel.
Follow the prompts to the final confirmation and keep the confirmation email.

Cancel If Apple, Google, Amazon, Or Roku Bills You

ESPN can't touch subscriptions sold through an app store — you must cancel where you bought it:

ESPN sells bundles with Disney+ and Hulu. Removing ESPN from a bundle doesn't automatically cancel the other services in it, so check what's left on your plan afterward.

What Happens After You Cancel

You keep access until the end of the paid period — cancel on day 3 of a monthly cycle and you still get the other ~27 days.
No prorated refunds on standard monthly plans, so cancel just before renewal for maximum value.
Your viewing history, favorites, and followed teams survive as long as you keep the free ESPN account itself. Only deleting the account wipes them.
The free tier still works: scores, news, fantasy, and select free content remain available with a plain ESPN login.
