First: bet.plus/activate vs bet.com/activate

These are two different sites for two different apps, and mixing them up is the number-one reason activation "fails":

bet.plus/activate is for the BET+ app — the standalone subscription streaming service. You sign in with the BET+ account (email and password) you created when you subscribed.
bet.com/activate is for the BET app — the cable-channel companion app. You sign in there with your TV provider credentials, not a BET+ account.

If the site keeps rejecting your login, you are almost certainly on the wrong one for the app your TV is showing.

Roku
