Ever wondered how to get Showtime for free? There are several ways to take out a Showtime subscription and most, if not all, offer a 7-day free trial. If you sign up through Showtime directly you can even get a 30-day free trial.
From Showtime
The free offer is only valid for new subscribers. You can sign up online through Showtime’s website. Once you do, you get instant access to commercial-free original series, sports, and movies. It costs 10.99 per month once the trial is up and you’re free to cancel anytime.
Prime Video – Channels
Back in 2015, Amazon began offering Showtime. So, if you subscribe to Amazon Prime (free trial here) or Amazon Prime Video (free trial here), you can get Showtime as an addon. If it’s your first time with the add-on, Amazon offers a free 7-day trial (get it here). You can watch live, on-demand, or offline (through downloads).
Hulu
You can add Showtime to your Hulu subscription as an add-on. If its the first time you’re signing up for Showtime via Hulu, you can get a 7-day free trial. For a limited time, there’s a 1-month free trial (get it here).
YouTube TV
Through YouTube TV, you can watch and record Showtime live and on-demand. New YouTube TV members can add Showtime by signing up on a desktop computer. Current YouTube TV subscribers can add Showtime in the “Membership” section of your account settings on supported devices. It costs per month after the free trial.
SlingTV
You can get eight Showtime channels for $10/month with any Sling TV subscription when you sign up at sling.com/showtime or through the Sling TV app. There’s a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
PlayStation Vue
Playstation Vue members can get Showtime for $10.99 per month regular/$8.99 per month for PS Plus subscribers. There’s a free trial that lasts for 7 days. You can either add Showtime as a standalone package or select one of the tiers that include Showtime.
Roku
Roku users can watch Showtime for free by going to The Roku Channel on their Roku player or through the Roku app on select devices, to add Showtime. It costs $10.99 after the free trial.
Apple TV
Through the Apple TV app, you can get a 7 day free trial for Showtime. After, it costs $10.99 per month.

You can stream on your iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, and eligible smart TVs. With the Apple TV app, you can share your subscription with up to 6 family members with Family Sharing.
You can also use the Showtime Anytime app to stream content by using your cable provider’s credentials to log in. However, you’ll need to use showtime anytime.com/activate to complete the process.
