How To Watch AMC+ On Any Device
To watch AMC+, subscribe at amcplus.com — as of the February 11, 2026 pricing, plans run $7.99/month with ads, $10.99/month for ad-free Premium, or $109.99/year for annual Premium — then download the AMC+ app on your streaming device and sign in. The app covers Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Android TV, iPhone and iPad, Android, Samsung and Vizio TVs, and more. Prefer not to juggle another app? You can instead subscribe through a channel store — Prime Video Channels, Apple TV Channels, or The Roku Channel — and watch AMC+ inside the app you already use. One rule to remember, straight from AMC: you watch where you subscribe. A direct subscription works in the AMC+ app and on amcplus.com; an Amazon subscription plays inside Prime Video; a Roku Channel subscription plays inside The Roku Channel.
What You Get With AMC+
AMC+ is a bundle, not just the AMC channel's back catalog. Every plan includes AMC's originals and library — the Walking Dead universe, Anne Rice's Immortal Universe, Breaking Bad and Mad Men era classics — plus the full Shudder horror catalog, Sundance Now, and IFC Films titles. New episodes of current AMC series stream weekly, and Premium subscribers get everything ad-free with early access windows on select shows.
AMC+ Plans And Prices (2026)
- AMC+ With Ads: $7.99/month
- AMC+ Premium (ad-free): $10.99/month
- AMC+ Annual Premium: $109.99/year (about $9.17/month)
Those numbers took effect with AMC's February 11, 2026 price change; amcplus.com also advertises plans from $6.99/month with annual billing on the ad-supported side. Channel-store pricing through Amazon, Apple, and Roku tracks the direct pricing, but the tier selection can differ, so check before you subscribe.
Devices With The AMC+ App
Per AMC's official supported-device list, you can install the AMC+ app on:
- Streaming devices: Roku, Amazon Fire TV / Firestick / Fire Cube, Apple TV, Chromecast with Google TV
- Smart TVs: Samsung TV, Vizio TV, Android TV sets
- Mobile: iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets — the redesigned AMC+ mobile app also does offline downloads and casts via Chromecast and AirPlay
- Cable and bundled boxes: Xfinity X1 and Flex, Xumo
- Web: amcplus.com in any modern browser
Sign in once with your AMC+ email and password and playback picks up across devices. If a TV shows an activation code instead of a login form, the flow works like every other streaming app — sign in on your phone when prompted and the TV unlocks.
No App On LG TVs Or PlayStation? Do This
AMC+ has no native app for LG smart TVs or PlayStation consoles. The practical workaround is the channel-store route: subscribe to AMC+ through Prime Video Channels, and watch it inside the Prime Video app — which does exist on LG TVs and PlayStation. Casting from the AMC+ mobile app via AirPlay or Chromecast to a compatible TV works too.
Subscribing Through A Channel Store
- Prime Video Channels: search for AMC+ in Prime Video, subscribe, and it's billed through Amazon. Watch inside Prime Video on virtually any device. (Cancelling later happens on Amazon's side — here's how to cancel Amazon channel subscriptions.)
- Apple TV Channels: subscribe in the Apple TV app; billing runs through your Apple ID and playback stays in the Apple TV app.
- The Roku Channel: add AMC+ as a premium subscription and watch inside The Roku Channel — which itself works on far more than Roku hardware; see how to watch The Roku Channel.
- Live TV services: YouTube TV and Sling both sell AMC+ as an add-on if you'd rather bolt it onto an existing live TV plan.
The tradeoff: channel-store subscriptions generally can't sign in to the standalone AMC+ app. That's the “watch where you subscribe” rule again — pick the storefront whose app you actually like using.
Quick Start: From Zero To Streaming
- Decide where you want to be billed: directly with AMC, or through Amazon, Apple, or Roku.
- For a direct subscription, go to amcplus.com, pick With Ads or Premium, and create your account.
- Install the AMC+ app on your main TV device and sign in with that email and password.
- Repeat the sign-in on your phone so you can cast, download for offline viewing, and pick up episodes on the go.
- If a device in your house has no AMC+ app, fall back to the Prime Video Channels route above rather than buying new hardware.
FAQ
Is Shudder included, or do I need both?
Shudder's catalog is bundled into every AMC+ plan, so you don't need a separate Shudder subscription if you have AMC+. If you only want horror, standalone Shudder is cheaper — here's how to set up Shudder on any device.
AMC+ won't play — now what?
Sign out and back in, restart the device, and if you're on Roku check the Limit Ad Tracking setting — full walkthrough in our AMC+ not working guide, including the 403 Forbidden error.
How does AMC+ compare to other add-on bundles?
It's the same playbook MGM+ runs — a studio bundle sold direct and through channel stores. If you're weighing that one too, see how to watch MGM+.
