How To Fix Disney Plus Not Working On Roku

If the Disney Plus channel is not working on Roku or you receive an error, restart your Roku. To do this, go to Settings>System>System restart (or Settings>System>Power>System restart on Roku TVs). Then, check for updates in Settings>System update>Check now.

If you cannot find the Disney plus channel on your Roku, check that your Roku device is supported. See the references below or read how to install Disney Plus on Roku. Read here to activate Disney Plus.

If you are using a model of Roku device that isn’t supported by the Disney+ channel, you wouldn’t see the channel appear in the ‘Streaming Channels’ on your device.

For example, the following Roku device models are not supported by the Disney+ channel: 2400, 3000, 3050, 3100, 2450, 2500, 3400, 3420.

To check your Roku’s model number, go to Settings>System>About on your device to confirm the model number.

If the Disney Plus channel is installed but keeps buffering when you try to play videos, check your internet connection. The minimum speed required to stream Disney Plus is 5Mbps. For streaming in 4K, you need a speed of 15Mbps and above.
