The first thing you will want to do is head to the site. It’s best to go to the site on a desktop browser. You can either go directly to or go through the site and the various steps to get to your account. Once you’ve signed in, you’ll be presented with a couple of options. The first is to cancel your account and continue to use it through your current billing date. The next option is to stick around but switch to a cheaper plan. Keep in mind, the cheaper plan is going to come with a downgrade in either quality or the total number of screens you can use at a time. If you just want to cancel, you can proceed with your canceling by checking the “cancel” box and clicking “finish cancellation.”

2. You Pay Through Your Wireless Carrier
