The quickest and easiest way to turn off Roku voice is by pressing the * button four times to turn the Audio Guide On and Off.
Alternatively, to turn off Roku voice, open the menu and turn the Audio Guide On and Off. Do this by pressing the Home button on your Roku remote. Select “Settings”.
On the Settings page, choose “Accessibility” from the menu. On the Accessibility page, select “Audio Guide”.
On the right, you can set the Audio Guide on to have it start speaking or off to have it stop.
