To activate your Sears Mastercard online:
- Go to https://online.citi.com/US/CBOL/sec/secgat/flow.action?siteId=CB&locale=en_US
- Enter the card number and click continue.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to activate your Sears card.
You can only the Sears MasterCard at a member of the Sears Holding Company:
- Sears/Sears.com
- Kmart/Kmart.com
- Sears Essentials
- Sears Grand
- Sears Hardware
- Sears Auto Centers
- Sears Hometown Stores.
To activate your Sears card over the phone:
- Call Citibank’s toll-free number at 1 (800) 589-7327.
- Follow the voice prompts to activate your MasterCard.
